Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This page explains what personal data Influencer Management collects on influencermanagement.eu, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we only collect what you type into the application form, we use it to get in touch with you about representation, and we never sell it.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Close s. r. o., IČO 54691818, DIČ 2121760344, Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, operating the Influencer Management agency. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Application form: your name, main social-media handle, platform, follower range, discipline, country and city, e-mail address, the message you write, the language of the page you used and the time of sending.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by e-mail afterwards.
- Technical logs: our hosting and security providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, time) to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not embed social-media players. The videos on this site are hosted by us.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To review your application and contact you about representation, brand deals and collaboration types that fit you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To represent you once we sign a representation agreement. Legal basis: performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
Your data is seen by the Influencer Management team. We also use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Websupport, s. r. o. (Slovakia): web hosting and our e-mail inbox.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and protection of the site. Cloudflare serves our visitors from data centres in the European Union; where data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We share your profile with a brand only when a collaboration is being arranged and only after discussing it with you. We never sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
- Applications we do not take further: 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Creators we represent: for the duration of the representation agreement and afterwards as long as Slovak accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years for invoices and contracts).
- Technical logs: usually 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, portability of the data you gave us, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing that happened before. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or to the authority in your own EU country.
7. Changes
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page. The date below tells you when it was last revised.
