Influencer Management
Terms of service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to the website influencermanagement.eu and to the tools we offer brands and creators, including our Meta app. By using the site, sending us an application or connecting an account, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Influencer Management is operated by Close s. r. o., IČO 54691818, DIČ 2121760344, Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Contact: [email protected].
2. What this site is for
The site presents our agency, which represents fitness, bodybuilding, yoga and sport creators across the EU and arranges collaborations between them and brands. The information on the site is general and does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract.
3. Applications from creators
- The information you send in the application form must be true and must concern your own accounts.
- Sending an application does not create a representation agreement and does not guarantee that we will represent you or find you a collaboration.
- Representation, fees, commissions and exclusivity are agreed only in a separate written agreement.
- You keep all rights to your content. We use your name, handle and public content only to evaluate your application and, after your approval, to present you to brands.
4. Brands and collaborations
Enquiries from brands are non-binding. Every campaign, its scope, price, usage rights and schedule are set in a separate agreement between the brand, the creator and us.
5. Our Meta app (Super Ads)
- Brands and creators we work with may connect their Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account to our app through Facebook Login. You decide which accounts and permissions you grant, and you can revoke them at any time in your Facebook settings.
- By connecting an account you confirm that you are authorised to manage it and you allow us to create, publish and manage the posts and ads you have asked us to run, and to read the related results.
- We act only on your instructions and in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta's advertising policies. Ad spend is charged by Meta to the payment method in your ad account unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- How we handle data from the app, and how to have it deleted, is described in our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The design, texts, logo and code of this site belong to Close s. r. o. or are used with permission. Photos and videos of creators are shown with their consent and remain theirs. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or our tools: no attempts to break in, overload the server, send spam through the forms, or submit someone else's data.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the site and tools available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular result of a campaign. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent court in Bratislava, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date below tells you when they were last revised. Changes do not affect agreements already signed.
